You will experience how to make Quang noodles (grinding flour, making noodles, cutting noodles)

You will experience how to make Quang noodles (grinding flour, making noodles, cutting noodles)
The local tour guide will pick you up at the hotel, and you will be taken to Bà Lê market (about half an hour) to feel the bustling atmosphere of the morning market, and have the opportunity to contactsellers directly.
The tour guide will introduce you to the necessary ingredients for the cooking class. Then, we will move to our restaurant (Basket boat Mr Thong) in Thanh Dong village, Cam Thanh commune, by Grab or Taxi. You will join local fishermen on traditional boats. When we row the river routes, you will experience catching purple crabs, taking pictures, and casting nets. At the end of the tour, you will attend a cooking class led by our chef, which will last about 2 hours.
The dishes you will learn (Shrimp spring rolls, Hoi An pancakes, and Quang noodles)
The chefs will guide you through authentic Vietnamese dishes and share valuable information about cultural cuisine (experience how to grind flour, make noodles, and cut noodles)
Then you can enjoy the dishes you have prepared yourself
Finally, return to the hotel to end the trip
